An online game learning platform that helps gamers improve through video courses, video tutorials and 1-2-1 coach sessions, specializing in the following games: Valorant, League of Legends and World of Warcraft. A profitable business with a lot of traffic generated from their YouTube content, however experienced high drop offs within their landing pages.
Specifically our objective was to:
1. Landing Page UX Strategy
2. Enhance Value Proposition
Over the last 3 months to date, we prioritized the following:
1. Create a thorough custom report, analysing traffic to conversions through goal funnels and bounce rate %. We also defined their target audience, looking at historical activity via device, location, source and medium.
2. On-page analysis, setting up heatmap tracking via HotJar to understand audience behaviour, differentiating between subscribers and non-subscribers
4. Landing page variation mock-ups for A/B testing to prove impact on results on best practice compared to original landing pages
