2. The information we collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal information.

Information you give us directly, for example when you complete a contact or enquiry form, request a revenue forecast, book a call via our scheduling tool, subscribe to our newsletter, download a resource, or email us. This may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, website URL, the service(s) you're interested in, and any other information you choose to share with us.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Website, including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, the pages you view, referring URLs, and how you interact with the Website. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties, such as analytics and advertising platforms, our scheduling tool, and review platforms where you have chosen to leave feedback about us.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health or ethnicity) through the Website. Please do not send us such information unless it is necessary and we have asked for it.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with the following categories of recipient, who are required to protect it:

• Service providers and processors who help us run our business and the Website, including website hosting, email and CRM platforms, our scheduling/booking tool, our newsletter provider, and our live chat provider.
• Analytics and advertising platforms, including Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising) and TikTok, which help us understand Website usage and deliver and measure advertising. These platforms may act as independent controllers of certain data — please refer to their own privacy policies.
• Review platforms, such as TrustPilot, where you choose to leave a review.
• Professional advisers, such as our accountants, auditors and legal advisers.
• Regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

7. When we act on behalf of our clients (processor role)

When we deliver services to clients — for example managing advertising accounts, email marketing, CRM systems or analytics on their behalf — we may process personal information that belongs to our client's own customers or contacts. In those cases, our client is the data controller and we act as a data processor on their instructions.

Our processing of that data is governed by the agreement we have in place with the relevant client, including appropriate data protection terms. If you are a customer or contact of one of our clients and have questions about how your data is used, you should contact that business directly, as they determine how your data is processed.

8. International transfers

We aim to store personal information within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA) wherever possible. However, some of the third-party platforms we use (such as Google, Meta and TikTok) may process data outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States.

Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard, such as a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
