HJ Sports Therapy
The Focus
Sports Therapist Harjit Jandu has been getting many bookings through word of mouth and social media, however she frequently was asked for more information on her services and in general how it works.
Not only that, but the way she was booking clients was manual and wanted something more streamline built into a website where she can organise her appointments and collect payments all on one platform.
Specifically our objective was to:
1. Develop a branded website
2. Create booking functionality
3. Generate payment gateways
The Strategy
Over the course of a month, we prioritized the following:
Website
Generating a responsive website that clearly showcased her sport therapy related services, consisting of:
- Sports massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Swedish Relaxing massage
- Sports Therapy
- Cupping
- Taping
This also needed to be responsive and most of her enquiries came from mobile devices.
Calendly
Used Calendly to give the website a booking engine that was sync to her own calendar and was built to show the client’s availablity for each service at different price points depending on the duration of each service.
Routing Forms
Biggest task was not only allowing the customer to pay at the point of booking through Calendly in which we had to set up the payment gateway with PayPal, but also for those clicking on a generic booking CTA, we had to create routing forms that would ask the user what service they were interested in and then maps this logic to the related service widget.
