Kasa and Kin, Soho London
The Focus
Kasa and Kin is a vibrant Filipino restaurant, bakery, and bar located in Soho, known for its colourful interiors, creative Ube desserts, and modern take on traditional Filipino flavours.
The main objective was to raise more awareness around their full dining experience, particularly their dinner service and Pinoy grill offerings. Despite a steady stream of evening customers and social buzz around their desserts, the daytime footfall needed a stronger push to reach local Soho eaters and those looking for a unique group dining experience.
We were tasked with managing their social media presence, growing an engaged online community, and positioning Kasa and Kin as more than just a spot for Ube treats. The goal was to elevate the profile of Filipino cuisine in the UK, promote key dishes from their grill menu, and work with content creators to spotlight new menus.
With multi-faceted offerings like a walk-in bakery, bento lunch boxes for city workers, Filipino-inspired cocktails, and private dining events for charities and cultural collaborations, Kasa and Kin has the potential to be a go-to destination for both casual diners and those seeking a vibrant, culturally rich experience in the heart of London.

The Strategy
Over the course of a month, we prioritized the following:
Photoshoot
Making sure we had the assets ready, Kasa and Kin took us through their signature dishes and Ube desserts, not just with photography but also video shorts to highlight its presentation and process to create such new concepts to Filipino cuisine.
Our best way to showcase this, is through picking key dishes from each part of the menu and taking a mixture of product and lifestyle shots to give that feel of authenticity as well as high quality images for the website.
Social Management
We developed a well-rounded organic social media strategy for Kasa and Kin. The marketing mix was designed to cover three core pillars: brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion-driven content.
For brand awareness, we focused on visually showcasing the diversity of the menu—from the sizzling Pinoy grill dishes to the indulgent Ube desserts. Community-driven content included behind-the-scenes moments with the team, “meet the staff” features, and interactive posts where chefs and servers shared their favourite dishes. To drive bookings and visits, we created time-sensitive posts around limited availability, private dining opportunities, and promotional offers that directed users to the booking system via clear calls to action.
